Head Coach
Rich Fella
England Boxing Level 2 Coach
Rich is a serving Firefighter and has competed as a boxer for the Fire Service including boxing at The World Firefighter Games.
He has competed twice in New York as an amateur including a bout at Madison Square Garden in 2024!
Assistant Head Coach
Ben Kenneally
England Boxing Level 1 Coach.
Ben has been coaching junior boxing for 5 years and leads our development boxers, he also coaches our carded and senior boxers.
He has competed as an amateur boxer and has passed his England Boxing Level 1 course.
Junior Coach
Leo Fella
England Boxing Level 1
Leo has competed for Firefight ABC for 4 years now and has recently started coaching our juniors, he's a talented switch hitter and a great young coach.
Assistant Coach
Billy Smith
Junior Coaching Assistant
Billy is one of our former amateur boxers and assists with our novice junior classes, he is an aspiring young coach and has a great relationship with all of our young boxers.
Billy is shadowing Level 1 coaches and working towards his Level 1 in the near future.

Karl Lofthouse
England Boxing Level 1
Karl is a serving Firefighter and has represented Firefight Boxing and West Yorkshire Fire Service at Boxing on multiple occasions.
Boxing Coach
Aimee Lacy
England Boxing Level 1
Aimee is level 1 qualified, PT level 3 and S&C Level 4. She is a very experienced coach and has been coaching boxing classes for over 8 years.
